Convenient location very close to The Grand Ole Opry and a very nice large mall. Modern room, setup nicely with a kitchen-would be perfect for an extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful with some good suggestions on restaurants etc. We took advantage of the shuttle service that charges $10.00 per person round trip that drops you off at the Country music Hall of Fame building which is several blocks from the Honky Tonk area downtown-which was a lot of fun to go to. I think that there are over 30 bars in that area with some multi level including rooftop bars with each level having different performers simultaneously. Being Nashville every band was very good not matter where you went. They took requests and played a variety of music-not just country and the police shut down the main road at night so it had a Marti Gras\Vegas feel at night. There is a pedestrian bridge nearby that you can take excellent pictures of the Nashville skyline. Note: it is a bit confusing where to park at The Grand Old Opry so familiarize your self,in advance if you are seeing a show there which I highly recommend-they have numerous performers showing a variety of styles of country music.

it was outside of the city of nAshville so it wasn’t so busy that you heard nightlife. i came with my mom and she liked that it wasn’t too hustle bustle. it was also easy to find parking and our room was enormous and possibly the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Mot exaggerating. The guy who checked us in was so friendly, to the point that we were informed that if we had called ahead to book directly with Residence Inn instead of a third party, he could’ve saved us 30.00 a night, for a total of close to 100.00. I will keep that in the back of my mind for next time.

Breakfast was Ok but due to limited personnel the food and sometimes coffee were missing or required a wait. Staff was courteous and tried to make things right, but... a bit disappointing (based on previous stays at other Residence Inn locales).

Reggie

Location was great for Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall and Cooters, a few very nice bars in the area, Music City Bar and Grill and Nashville Palace especially good and friendly. Extremely friendly staff.

Tracy

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Had to stay here for a work conference and it was close to where I needed to be everyday. Also great location for finding food and other entertainment.
